We are happy to announce that soon, we will be opening to the general public.
We hope that Ukraine House in Denmark will become a place of cross-cultural cooperation, a home of Ukrainian culture in Denmark and a platform that will help to discover histories, cultures, identities, and philosophies of the two countries.
As a team we made a decision to open our institution on Feb. 24, 2023. It’s a symbolic day, day of tragedy and at the same time resistance for Ukraine.
To mark the institution’s opening, an art exhibition will be launched for the public to attend. “The Muses are not silent” is curated by Pavlo Gudimov, founder of the Ya Gallery in Ukraine. The exhibition will showcase over a hundred paintings, sculptures, designs, and video pieces created during the previous year by more than fifty artists from all over Ukraine.
When: Feb. 24 at 18.00
Where: Christianshavn, Gammel Dok, Strandgade 27B, 1401 København.
Entry: Free
We will be happy to see you and share this important day with all of us!
